Bailey Alora layouts explained.
The Bailey Alora range at Campbells covers two narrow-body layouts built on the same 6.99m Ford Transit base. The 69-4S has a raised transverse double bed with under-bed storage and sleeps up to four, while the 69-4I has a raised island double bed in a separate rear bedroom and sleeps up to three. Both have four designated travelling seats, a front flexi lounge and a rear garage, and the model comparison further down this page lists the berths, bed type and body length for each.
Alora or campervan?
The Alora is a coachbuilt motorhome with a narrow body, so it drives and parks much like a large campervan while giving you a fixed bed, a proper washroom and a rear garage. At 3,500kg it can be driven on a standard Category B car licence, and the 69-4S was a 2024 award winner in its class for three or four berth coachbuilt motorhomes of 7 metres and under. If you would rather have a van conversion, take a look at our Bailey campervans.

The Bailey Alora is a slimline, 7-metre motorhome that goes where bigger motorhomes can’t. A narrow body on a Ford Transit base makes it easy to drive down country lanes and fit onto smaller pitches, while a front flexi lounge, fixed rear bed, full washroom and rear garage give you everything you need for weekends away or longer tours.
Small footprint, big adventures.
Thoughtfully equipped.

Sofa by day, seats on the road
The front flexi lounge uses Aguti convertible seats: a comfy sofa when you’re pitched up, and travel seats with seatbelts, headrests and ISOFIX points when you hit the road.

A garage for the big stuff
The lined rear garage has double doors, floor-mounted lashing rings and 230V and 12V sockets, so bikes, skis and outdoor gear travel securely and stay out of the living space.

Beds that are always ready
Choose a raised transverse double with under-bed storage in the 69-4S, or a raised island double with floating wardrobes and bedside cabinets in the 69-4I – both stay made up, ready for an early night.

Clever details, more room
A sliding sink unit and tambour partition door free up floor space in the washroom, and a hinged vanity mirror hides extra storage behind it.

A proper kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen features a generous Thetford 138-litre compressor tower fridge, giving you plenty of space to stock up for longer trips and family getaways.

Ready to go off-grid
A Truma 100W solar panel and 105Ah AGM leisure battery keep lights, heating and devices running away from hook-up, with an easy-to-read control panel putting everything at your fingertips.
