Handover Videos & Tutorials

Under normal circumstances we offer all customers a face to face handover of their new Caravan/Motorhome.  To comply with the current government guidelines and to ensure we are COVID secure, this handover process is not currently possible.

Instead, we are in the process of putting together some tutorial videos including specific information on key elements of your Caravan/Motorhome.  These videos will be sent to all customers that purchase a Caravan or Motorhome from Campbells.

For all customers taking advantage of our click and collect service during the current lockdown period, we hope to be in a position to send you the videos by the time lockdown restrictions are relaxed and you are able to use your Caravan.

This is the first time we have put together these kind of tutorial videos so we very much welcome any constructive feedback you wish to offer us, to assist us in making any necessary improvements for future customers.  We do hope you find them useful and will hopefully compliment the comprehensive manufacturers instruction handbook you will be provided with on the day you collect.
